The learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this Petition with liberty to adopt remedy of Appeal against the bills which were served by the Municipal Corporation along with the letter dated 15 th November, 2000 (Exhibit - H to the Petition). The request made by the petitioners deserves to be accepted. Accordingly, we dispose of the Writ Petition as withdrawn with liberty confined to preferring Appeals against the bills forwarded

If such an Appeal is preferred, the concerned Appellate Authorities is bound to note that this Petition was filed on 3 rd April, 2001, the Petition was admitted by this Court on 20 th June, 2001 and that the same remained pending till today.
