Perused the order dated 8th October 2014. The report of the Prothonotary and Senior Master dated 6th April 2016 is placed on record which records that as per the said order, the balance decretal amount has been deposited by the Applicant and the same has been invested.

What is granted under the order dated 8th October 2014 is virtually the interim relief which deserves to be confirmed in view of the deposit of the amount. The learned counsel appearing for the Respondent prays for expeditious hearing. The original side Appeals of the year 1995 are pending for final disposal. Hence, the said request cannot be granted. Accordingly, the Notice of Motion is disposed of in terms of the order dated 8th October 2014.
