The Writ Petition is filed seeking the following reliefs: a. This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ of certiorarry or any other writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari calling for the records and proceedings regarding Application No. DYCC/4373/2016, DYCC/5271/2016, DYCC/ 3573/2018, DYCC/3822/2018, DYCC/3833/2018, DYCC/3834/2018 pending before Respondent No.2, Revision Application Nos. 595 of 2016 and 596 of 2016 pending before Respondent No. 4 and Application Nos. 1186/2018 and 1209/2018 pending before Respondent No. 3 b. This Hon'ble court may be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ order or direction in nature of mandamus directing the Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 to perform its duties and decide the Application Nos. DYCC/4373/2016, DYCC/5271/2016, DYCC/3573/2018, DYCC/ 3822/2018, DYCC/3833/2018, DYCC/3834/2018 pending before Respondent No. 2, Revision AKN 1/2
2/2 4.wpl.384.2020.doc Application Nos. 595 of 2016 and 596 of 2016 pending before Respondent No. 4 and Application Nos. 1186/2018 and 1209 / 2018 pending before Respondent No.3 within 3 months;
c. Pending the hearing and final disposal of the present Petition, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to restrain Respondent No. 5 to 8 from acting in contravention of the Trust's interest or creating third party rights in respect of Trust property or taking any decisions or making policies in respect of the said Trust and School;

Considering the fact that there are number of such Applications pending before the Authority, we do not see any reason to give priority to the case of the Petitioner. 3.
We are therefore not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition. The Petitioner would be at liberty to apply to the Authority i.e. Charity Commissioner / Joint Charity Commissioner / Dy. Charity Commissioner for expeditious disposal of the Applications, if so advised.

The Writ Petition to stand disposed of.
