Mr Khan tenders a signed letter dated 8th April 2019 from one Kirit K Gosher, a partner of the 1st Plaintiff firm. The letter says that the Plaintiffs are unable to lead any evidence as they cannot find any documents. Matters were being attended by the signatory's brother, Narendra, who has passed away. The Plaintiffs are unable to comply with the filing directions passed by this Court on 28th February 2019.
