The petition is under Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996. Disputes arose between the parties under a partnership deed. On 29th November 2018, this Court appointed a Sole Arbitrator to decide these disputes. He entered upon the reference to her arbitration shortly thereafter, and the matter proceeded before him.

The Arbitral mandate ended on 5th December 2019 and the arbitral proceedings have reached the stage of recording evidence of the claimant's witness.

Having regard to these circumstances, I am extending the arbitral mandate from 5th December 2019 until 31st January 2021 to complete the arbitral proceedings.
