On instructions, the Petitioners through Mr Patil state that they will make a comprehensive fresh representation to the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority ("MHADA") for the allotment of appropriate Permanent Alternate Accommodation ("PAA") as per their eligibility and in accordance with the MHADA policy. This representation may be combined with their representation for additional area to be purchased or acquired on such terms as may be applicable.

That representation is to be made by Monday, 15th April 2024. Once made, it will be decided by MHADA in accordance with law and subject to all considerations of policy, regulations, rules and statute at the earliest possible and preferably by 10th May 2024. 3.

Writ Petition No 911 of 2020 is disposed of in these terms. There will be no order as to costs. All contentions are kept open. We have not addressed the merits of the Petition. 4.

List Writ Petition No 1333 of 2024 and Writ Petition No 722 of 2023 on 30th April 2024. These Writ Petitions are to be detagged. (Kamal Khata, J) (G. S. Patel, J) 8th April 2024
