Heard the learned Counsel for the parties. Learned Counsel for the Municipal Corporation states that she has taken instructions from Mr.Ashok Vartak, Deputy Superintendent (A & C) (H/E).

Having heard the learned Counsel for the parties, we dispose of the petition in terms of the following order. :- (I) The Respondent-Municipal Corporation will furnish to the Petitioner the measurements of individual shops/ flats in the

pvr 2 of 2 907wpl228-15 building "Summer Villa Condominium" and also the particulars of the outstanding amounts with break up for the relevant years, by 27 April 2015.

(II) Within two weeks from the date of receipt of such particulars, the petitioner shall pay the outstanding amount of property tax as per the particulars given in warrant of attachment at "Exhibit J" (page 121) to the petition, to the Municipal Corporation.

(III) The petitioner shall pay the outstanding amount of property tax within two weeks from the date of receipt of such particulars as directed above.

(IV) Thereafter, within one month from the date of receipt of the aforesaid amounts, the Municipal Corporation shall prepare bills for the current financial year in the names of owners of each individual flat/ shop.
