ORDER :

The learned counsel appearing for the Applicants/Plaintiffs has sought leave to withdraw the Suit No.44 of 2021. This is in view of the order passed by the Supreme Court dated 6th January, 2023 by which the parties had agreed to the modalilties set out in paragraph 2 1/2

8.S-44-21 IN IA-2352-21.doc of the said order for resolution the disputes between them. The Supreme Court had recorded in paragraph 2(vi) that all proceedings by and between the parties, including the present Suit, shall stand disposed of in view of the said order dated 6th January, 2023. 3.

Accordingly, the Suit No.44 of 2021 is disposed as withdrawn. 4.

Interim Application filed in the Suit does not survive and accordingly is disposed of.
