It is addressed to the Chief Executive Officer of the Slum Rehabilitation Authority,

informing him that the letter/communication referred in this letter, namely the communication dated 28th January, 2016 stands withdrawn and the order of stay also comes to an end. It stands cancelled.

2) A certified true copy of this communication dated 12th February, 2016 is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification. In the light of the same, we do not think that the Writ Petitions need to be entertained any further and are disposed of accordingly. If in future and by any course adopted or action initiated, either the Petitioners or the Interveners are aggrieved, they are free to pursue their remedy and in accordance with law. The disposal of these Writ Petitions by taking this communication on record will not prejudice the rights and contentions of either parties.
