Grievance of the petitioner is that inspite of there being an order passed by this Court on 13/09/2017 in Writ Petition No. 1504 of 2017, the Consumer Forum at Bandra before whom the petitioner's complaint No. 488 of 2016 is pending has not decided the same as yet.

We find that while disposing of the said Writ Petition, this Court had expected the Consumer Forum to decide 1/2

12. wp 673.18.doc the petitioner's application as expeditiously as possible. The grievance of the petitioner is that inspite of about 6 months from passing of the said order, the matter has not been decided by the Consumer Form.

Keeping in view the aforesaid, we dispose of this Petition by directing the Consumer Forum to decide the petitioner's aforesaid application as expeditiously as possible but in any case not later than 3 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Parties to appear before the Consumer Forum on 18/04/2018 at 11.00 a.m.

With the aforesaid directions, Writ Petition is disposed of.
