This chamber summons is taken out for inspection of the Defendant's documents. Learned Counsel for the Defendant submits that the Defendant has already given inspection of documents and that inspection is recorded in the inter partes correspondence between Advocates. Learned Counsel submits that he does not rely on any other document. The statement is accepted. The chamber summons is disposed of. 2.
Since issues are framed in the suit and both sides have also filed their respective documents and the Plaintiff has also filed his affidavit of evidence, the commercial suit will appear on board now for marking of documents. Stand over to 22 March 2018. In the meantime, by the next date, inspection of the Plaintiff's documents shall be completed. The Plaintiff's Advocate to arrange an inspection accordingly.
