There are two Chamber summonses taken out in the present suit, being Chamber Summons No.298/2015 in Admiralty Suit No.42/2014 and Chamber Summons No.301/2015 in Admiralty Suit No.43/2014. These Chamber Summonses seek to substitute Exhibit D-1 in place and stead of Exhibit-D originally annexed to the plaint.

The respective Exhibits in the two admiralty suits were wrongly annexed to the original plaint and needs to be swapped. The Chamber Summonses are made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) thereof. The amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.
