Both learned Counsel states that this application is taken out for directions to the Official Liquidator to file a fresh report as directed by order dated 30 April 2015. It is the Official Liquidator's contention that as per his records, the Company is yet to file their say on the documents submitted on behalf of the Applicant.

Today learned Counsel for the Company states that all what they had to say has already stated by the Liquidator and they do not wish to add to the record. Accordingly, the Official Liquidator shall now file a fresh report on or before 27 October 2016. The report shall appear on
