This chamber summons is for leave to amend the plaint in view of the change of name of the plaintiff as per the schedule annexed to the chamber summons. The plaintiff has also annexed a copy of the Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to the change of name issued on 19th November 2015 by the Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Mumbai. In view thereof, the chamber summons is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) except item 2 in the schedule which is bracketed in red ink. Shraddha Talekar PS 1/2

Shri Mody states that the affidavit of documents is ready and will be filed in the registry during the course of today. The registry to accept the same. Ms.Mehta for the defendant states that within two weeks from today, they will also file their affidavit of documents. On or before 25th March 2017, parties shall give inspection of their respective documents to each other and also exchange statements of admission and denial with reasons for denial.
