The Suit is settled. Consent Terms are tendered. These are signed by the Advocates for the parties by one Mr. Shailendra Singh, a Director & Authorized Signatory on behalf of the Plaintiff, as also by Defendants Nos. 1, 2 and 3. All the parties are personally present in Court.

Being satisfied that the Consent Terms are not contrary to law, that they have been drawn up by the parties on their own volition and reflect the true intention of the parties, the Consent Terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The undertakings in the Consent Terms are accepted as undertakings to the Court.

The Suit is disposed of in accordance with the Consent Terms. Drawn up decree dispensed with. Refund of court fee, if any, in accordance with the Rules.

In addition to the provisions of Clause (14), it is clarified that the Court Receiver is not to pass accounts and that his costs, charges and expenses will be paid by the Plaintiff within four weeks from today.

All pending interim applications are infructuous and are disposed of accordingly.
