DATED :- JANUARY 5, 2015 P.C. :- After having heard Mr. Singh for some time and expressing our disinclination to entertain this Appeal, as it does not involve any substantial question of law, all that Mr. Singh prays is grant of additional time to comply with the Tribunal's interim order. We accede to his request and direct that if the amount in terms of the impugned order is paid/deposited within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, the Tribunal to restore the Appeal to its file and for being disposed of on its own merits and in accordance with law. We would not extend this time any further. In the event there is no compliance reported, the Tribunal's order dismissing the Appeal to stand. The present Appeal is disposed of accordingly.
