The petition is under Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996. The Respondent is absent. 2.
Disputes arose between the parties under an Equipment and Lease Agreement and Advertising Agreement dated 16th August 2016. By order dated 4th October 2018, this Court appointed a sole arbitrator. She entered upon the reference to her arbitration shortly thereafter and the matter proceeded before her. 3.
The arbitral proceedings have now reached the final stage. The original arbitral mandate ended on 12th October 2019. 21st February 2020

Having regard to these circumstances, I am extending the arbitral mandate from 12th October 2019 until 30th April 2020 to complete the arbitral proceedings.
