Applicant has filed an affidavit dated 23rd February, 2018 stating that further to order dated 20th February, 2018, applicant had published notice in Free Press Journal and Navshakti on 24th February, 2018 about the proposed withdrawal of petition.
Ms. Geetha, counsel for applicant and Mr. Aithe, Company Prosecutor for Official Liquidator state that they have not received any claim or objection from any party.
In the circumstances, the order dated 15th December, 2017 read with order dated 22nd December, 2017 is recalled. The company petition accordingly stands disposed as withdrawn. Official Liquidator stands discharged.
