P.C. :- Heard the learned Counsel for the parties. After arguing for some time, the learned Counsel for the parties on instructions state that the parties have arrived at consensus and requested that the Notice of Motion be disposed off in the following manner. Accordingly it is ordered as under :-

NMW 94.15.sxw (i) By way of an interim arrangement, without prejudice to right and contentions of the parties, the Petitioner will reinstate the Respondent and give him work by paying an amount of wages not less than minimum wage.

(ii) The Petitioner will be entitled to deduct amount of Rs. 2,500/- per month from the wages payable to the Respondent, subject to the final outcome of the Petition.

Parties agree that the Original Respondent will report to work from 1 December 2015.
