The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Respondent jointly submit that the parties have amicably resolved the dispute amongst them. Consent Terms are tendered which are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The Consent Terms have been signed by the authorised representative of the Petitioner-employer as well as the Respondent-employee. Both the parties are present before the Court and they admit their signatures on the Consent Terms as well as the contents thereof. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms. The Respondent-employee shall be at liberty to withdraw the amount deposited in this Court alongwith accrued interest.
