Mr. Rohan D'Mello, Plaintiff is present in Court. He and his wife have instructed their Advocate to accept an amount of Rs.3,25,00,000/- deposited by Defendant No.4 in full and final settlement of his claim against the Defendants. The Plaintiff in Suit No.317 of 2014 has no objection if the said amount is paid to the Plaintiff in Suit No.318 of 2014 and that the Plaintiff in Suit No.317 of 2014 shall withdraw the amounts as and when deposited by the Defendants therein. In view thereof, the above Suit No.318 of ssp 1/2
