Mr. Deep Morabia appearing for applicant / plaintiff seeks some more time to serve the chamber summons upon the defendants and the proposed defendants. Counsel states that he is not aware which of the defendants / proposed defendants have not been served, but certainly some of the defendants have not been served. Chamber summons has been lodged on 29th January, 2018, almost one year has passed since then. Counsel for defendant nos.6 and 7, Counsel for defendant nos.12 to 15, Counsel appearing for defendant nos.3, 4 and 8 states that they have also not been served with the chamber summons.
