The applicant/appellant has prayed for condonation of delay in filing the appeals. It is stated that the appeals ought to have been filed within the statutory time limit of 120 days. However, the partner of the applicant was bed-ridden and hospitalised. It is in these circumstances that the delay of 192 and 232 days in filing these appeals.

For the reasons that have been set out in the affidavits in support and there being no denial on record, we allow both these motions. They are made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). There will be no order as to costs. (PRAKASH D. NAIK, J.) (S.C. DHARMADHIKARI, J.)
