Heard Mr. Mehta, learned Advocate for the Plaintiff. None for the Defendants, though served. The Chamber Summons is for amendment of the plaint. Although written statements have been filed, issues have not yet been framed.

For the reasons set out in the Affidavit in Support, which seeks to bring on record certain facts by which the Plaintiff claims that the Defendant No. 1 has relinquished his right, title and interest in certain properties, the Chamber Summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment to be carried out

29-CHS138-13.DOC on or before 24th August 2015. Amended plaint to be served on the Defendants on or before 21st September 2015. Supplemental written statement, if any, to be filed and served on or before 16th October 2015.

List the Suit for framing issues on 19th October 2015. 4.

Mr. Mehta states that there is a Notice of Motion that is pending. List that Notice of Motion for hearing and final disposal on 14th September 2015.
