The petition is under Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996. Disputes arose between the parties. The court appointed a sole arbitrator by order dated 6th August 2018. He entered upon the reference to his arbitration shortly thereafter, and the matter proceeded before him.

The original arbitral mandate was extended once by mutual consent. The extended arbitral mandate ended on 7th February 2020. The arbitral proceedings have reached the stage of final hearing.

Having regard to these circumstances, I am extending the arbitral mandate from 7th February 2020 until 30th June 2020 to complete the arbitral proceedings.
