DATED :- JULY 24, 2015 P.C. :- The Petition is placed on Board to record a settlement arrived at between the Petitioners and the Export Promotion Appellate Council. The Council as also the Petitioners have agreed that on receipt of the Demand Draft in the sum of Rs.7,26,310/-, the said Council will record satisfaction of the order passed by the second Appellate Committee and close the matter.

3) Since the Petition is disposed of, the Bank Guarantee furnished by the Petitioners in terms of the interim order dated 7th December, 2004 in Notice of Motion No. 663 of 2004 be returned to the Petitioner's Advocate as duly discharged and cancelled. 4) All concerned to act on an authenticated copy of this order.
