The Writ Petition is already disposed of. It is listed for reporting compliance. Learned Counsel for the Respondent - MHADA states that the order dated 29th April, 2021 could not be complied as the Respondent No. 2-Executive Engineer was transferred and a new Executive Engineer has been posted in his place. He states that the order dated 29th April, 2021 shall be complied on 13th July, 2021 at 11.00AM when possession of the subject premises i.e. the Room No. 33A shall be taken with the assistance of the police and handed over to the Petitioner. We accept the statement.

Learned Addl.G.P. states that the concerned police station shall depute police personnel to render assistance in taking possession of the subject premises on the said date and time if the Petitioner applies to the Respondent No. 5. 3.

We make it clear that in the event the subject premises are found locked, possession shall be taken by breaking open the lock. 4.

The Petition be listed on 20th July, 2021 'for directions' for reporting compliance.
