The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that the present Petition is erroneously filed before the Division Bench. However, the Petitioner has also filed a petition before the learned Single Judge.

As per the provisions of Chapter 18 Rule 17, the Petition would lie before the learned Single Judge. As such, the present Petition is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to the Petitioner to pursue the Petition before the learned Single Judge.
