The order is kept on record, marked "X" for identification. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to apply to the Official Liquidator for recovery of its claim in accordance with the settlement agreement. Petition dismissed as withdrawn with no order as to costs. Refund of court fees in accordance with the applicable rules.
