The learned AGP. appearing for the State informs that, the appeal presented by the petitioner to Additional Commissioner of Konkan Division will be decided after extending an opportunity of hearing to the parties within a period of four weeks from today. The communication addressed to the Additional Government Pleader, High Court, Appellate Side, Mumbai dated 4.2.2019 is placed on record. The same is taken on record and marked "X" - Page-1/2

It is also orally assured, on instructions of Mr. Sarjerao Sonawane, Additional District Dy. Collector, Collector OfÏce, Bandra that no coercive steps will be taken against the petitioner till the decision of the appeal. 2.
