The officer of the BMC who has appeared pursuant to summons still does not know the latest position of what is the amount payable by way of taxes either by the plaintiff or the defendant. He submits to Court a statement dated 20th February, 2015. Much water has flown since then as can be seen from the earlier orders passed after February, 2015. 2.
The BMC shall not auction the suit building for nonpayment of property taxes until the BMC issues a fresh notice specifically showing the nonpayment of property taxes separately by the plaintiff and separately by the defendant. 3.
All Notices of Motion are disposed off accordingly. (ROSHAN DALVI, J.)
