Perused the Company Application and the Affidavit in support thereto. For reasons set out in the Affidavit in support of the Company Application, the Company Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which is reproduced hereunder :

"(a) that the delay of 1096 days in filing Form 21 by the applicant Company under SRN No.B39223318 on 16th May 2012 being Exhibit C to the Affidavit in support of Company Application be condoned and the Registrar of Companies be directed to take on record the said Form 21"; 2.
