The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in view of the subsequent notification dated 30th July, 2016 issued by the Food Safety & Standards Authority of India, this Petition has rendered infructuous. Accordingly the Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. 2.

All the points raised in the Petition are left open. The Petitioner is free to seek refund of the amount if any from Respondent No. 6 and Respondent No. 6 is free to decide the Petitioner's claim. Vishal Parekar 1/2
