The present Chamber Order is taken out for restoration of captioned Petition, dismissed by Order dated 06.01.2018 under the provision of O.S.Rule 986.

Perused Affidavit in Support. Heard Ld.

Counsel for the Applicant. Ld. Counsel for Applicant submitted that the captioned Petition is uncontested. It appears that present Miscellaneous Petition was filed for legal Heirship Certificate under Section 2 of Bombay Regulation VII of 1827. Affidavit in Support in respect of Chamber Order reveals that Applicant was directed to remove office objections on or before 22.01.2018. According to the Applicant, due to personal difficulty he failed to remove office objections.

As captioned Petition is uncontested, contention raised by the Applicant needs to be accepted. Accordingly, Chamber Order is granted as prayed and signed separately. No order as to costs.
