This Judge's Order has been filed in the year 2003. Pursuant to order dated 15th February, 2016, today the learned Advocate for the applicants appears and states that he had lost sight of the matter. The Judge's Order seeks a direction to the Accounts Officer to hand over Fixed Deposit Receipts in the name of Jeevika Niranjan Rao who has since attained majority.
2] A copy of the birth certificate of the applicant Jeevika Niranjan Rao dated 10th April, 1991 is annexed as Exhibit 'C' to the Judge's Order. However, the same is not a legible copy. The petitioner has

The registration of the birth as recorded in Exhibit 'C' and the copy now furnished has taken place on the same day i.e. 10th April, 1991. Copy of the second birth certificate is taken on file and marked as Exhibit "X" for identification. The original is returned. The Judge's Order is signed separately.
