The grievance of the petitioner is that though he has preferred appeal against the order passed by the Slum Rehabilitation Authority on 21st November, 2012, the appeal is yet not decided. This being only the grievance of the petitioner, at this stage, we direct the High Power Committee to decide the appeal of the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, if not already decided, within a period of six months from today. All contentions of both sides are kept open. With this direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
