The learned counsel for Respondent Nos. 1 to 7 on instruction submits that the Petitioner will be alloted and allowed to take physical possession of permanent premises within a week as per the possession letter dated 30th September, 2016 (Exhibit I). We record the said statement.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned counsel for the Respondent Nos. 1 to 7, the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Petition. The prayer is accepted. 3.

The Petition is allowed to be withdrawn.
