The counsel for plaintiff, on instructions states that the ad-interim order passed on 29th April, 2014 be confirmed as order in the notice of motion and the notice of motion be accordingly disposed. Mr. Vasudeo has no objection.

Therefore, the order dated 29th April, 2014 is confirmed as order in the notice of motion and the notice of motion accordingly stands disposed.
