The above Report is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (i) to (vi) which are reproduced hereunder :
(i) In view of paragraph 2 hereinabove, whether this Hon'ble Court would be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to make payment of Rs.67,500/- as per Exhibit A hereto and applicable taxes if any, to Dr. Birendra Saraf, Counsel for appearances on 16 December 2015, 4 January, 2016 and 5 January 2016 on behalf of Official Liquidator in OLR No.608 of 2015 in Company Petition No.114 of 2012; 1/3
(ii)In view of paragraphs 3.1 to 3.10 hereinabove, whether this Hon'ble Court would be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to pay Rs.8,57,838/- for the months from September 2015 to December, 2016 as per Exhibits B to Q hereto and applicable taxes, if any, to ISS SDB Security Services Pvt. Ltd. for providing security services to EDB at Chennai Office.
(iii)Whether this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to allow the Official Liquidator to make payment to ISS SDB Security Services Pvt. Ltd. at the rate of Rs.45,561/- per month plus applicable taxes from the month of January 2017 onwards for providing security services to EDB at Chennai office. (iv)In view of paragraphs 4.2 and 4.3 hereinabove, whether this Hon'ble Court would be pleased to permit the official Liquidator to pay Rs.8,652/- as per Exhibit R hereto to Mr. Hemant Danke, Maharashtra Vat Consultant. (v) In view of paragraph 5.2 hereinabove, whether this Hon'ble Court would be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to pay Rs.27,480/- as per Exhibit S hereto to Tax Services, Service Tax Consultant for attending service tax matters relating to company ( in liqn);
(vi)In view of paragraph 6.1 hereinabove, whether this Hon'ble Court would be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to pay Rs.3,89,378 out of the funds to the credit of the company ( in liqn) to the valuer and others as mentioned therein as per bills submitted by them for the visits to the six warehouses. 2/3
