Heard learned counsel for the official liquidator. 2.

By this OLR, the official liquidator is seeking the following directions:- "a) In view of paragraph (20) to (24) of this report, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to appoint a Valuer from the panel of Official Liquidator to carry out the re-valuation of movable and immovable property of the Company (In Liqn.) as described in para 24 situated at Karjat, Raigad, Maharashtra and to pay the valuation charges as per the invoice raise by him out of the funds lying to the credit of the Company (In Liqn.) subject to deduction of applicable taxes."

The learned counsel appearing for the official liquidator informs MINAL SANDIP PARAB by MINAL SANDIP PARAB Date: 2024.02.03 11:44:06 +0530 this Court that re-valuation of the properties has become necessary for the reason that when earlier valuation reports were obtained, some Gat 1/2
