Perused the above Notice of Motion and the Affidavit in support thereto. For the reasons set out in the Affidavit in support of the Notice of Motion, the Notice of Motion is allowed in terms of prayer Clauses (a) and (b), which are reproduced hereunder :

"(a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to recall the order dated 13 th October, 2015 passed by the Prothonotary and Senior Master, High Court, Bombay ;

(b) The Hon'ble Court be pleased to restore the present Suit on file. "

The Notice of Motion is accordingly disposed of. 3.

The learned Advocate appearing for the Plaintiff to remove office objections raised by the office in the above Suit on or before 25 th February, 2016.
