1) The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following directions. (a) For an appropriate writ, order or direction to the concerned HHJ Shri R.K. Malabade and/or to the HH Principal Judge of the Bombay City Civil Court to expedite the hearing of the said Execution Application No. 176 of 2013 filed by the petitioner, and dispose it off immediately, and in any event, within the time bound period of one month from the date of passing of the order by this Court, or as this Court may deem fit and proper;

(b) For any other order, in the interest of justice, as this Court may deem fit and proper;

(c) For such other and further reliefs as this Court may deem fit and proper.

2) It is not possible to give the directions sought by the petitioner, since we are aware of the pendency of the cases in the City Civil Court.
