At the outset learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that so far as the relief claimed in prayer clause ( c) in view of the notification dated 1 st March, 2016 the requirement is now dispensed with, and as such the Petitioner is not pressing that relief. As regards prayer clause (b) he submits that the Petitioner may be given liberty to approach the State Information Commissioner for execution of its order. With the aforesaid liberty the Petition is disposed of.
