This is an Application under Section 27 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for issuance of witness summons after seeking appropriate directions from the arbitral tribunal. 2.

Learned Counsel for Respondent No. 1 has no objection to the prayer being granted.

The venue at which the witness would have to present himself, shall be indicated by the Petitioner's Advocate. 5.

The witness summons be issued accordingly.
