The Chamber Summons is by the original Defendant No. 6, Chetan Prabodh Mehta, seeking deletion of Plaintiff No. 2, Mr Justice JN Patel, a former Judge of this Court and former Chief Justice of the Calcutta High Court. Mr Justice JN Patel was on the Interim Board appointed by the Supreme Court. Since that has now 27th February 2019

27-CHS187-17.DOC been disbanded, this Chamber Summons becomes necessary. The necessary averments appear in the schedule of amendment. 3.

The Chamber Summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). There will be no order as to costs. 4.
