Since the petitioner has already taken recourse to the remedy made available by section 17 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, we are not inclined to entertain this writ petition. The same stands disposed of, without costs.

This order shall, however, not preclude the petitioner to seek relief including those claimed in this writ petition before the Tribunal, in accordance with law.
