Respondent company - Jord Engineers India Limited has been ordered to be wound up by an order dated 18th January 2018 in Company Petition No.365 of 2014.

Therefore, the petition stands disposed with liberty to petitioner to lodge their proof of debt with the Official Liquidator, who shall consider the same in accordance with law.

If the order dated order dated 18th January 2018 in Company Petition No.365 of 2014 winding up respondent company - Jord Engineers India Limited is recalled or set aside in appeal, liberty is given to other petitioner to revive their petition and move once again for necessary orders including winding up of respondent company.
