The petition is under Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996.

Disputes arose between the parties under a Service Level Agreement dated 13th September 2011. A sole arbitrator was appointed by this court on 3rd May 2018. The arbitrator entered upon the reference to his arbitration shortly thereafter and the matter proceeded before him.

The original arbitral mandate was extended once by mutual consent. The extended mandate ended on 9th November 2019. The arbitral proceedings have reached the stage of final arguments. 4.

Having regard to these circumstances, I am extending the arbitral mandate from 9th November 2019 until 30th June 2020 to complete the arbitral proceedings.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
