The Counsel appearing for respondents, on instructions, states that the strike is not at all imminent and the Petition ought not to be entertained. It is further contended that if at all the Trade Union makes a choice of proceeding on strike, the Union would follow the procedure prescribed under law and would issue a due notice to the employer. The statement made is accepted.

The Counsel appearing for respondents also contends that the Petition in the present form is not entertainable. 3.

Since we are not examining the Petition as regards the merits of the contentions raised, we need not go into the said aspect as regards the maintainability of the Petition. In view of the above, Writ Petition is disposed of.
