This writ petition is entirely frivolous for the petitioner has been transferred from one school to another under the same Management and in fact, the distance between the two schools is hardly 500 meters. The difficulty that the child of the petitioner needs special care is also of no consequence. The child is also studying in another school, but of the same Management which is J.V.Salunke,P.S.
901-WPL.308.2019.doc located hardly 200 meters away from the petitioner's establishment.
3.
In the event any change is required in the timings of reporting for work for the petitioner, the Management is always ready and willing to co-operate and is flexible enough so as to understand the problems of the petitioner. For that, she does not require any intervention of the court.
4.
We do not think that such orders of transfers, which are purely for administrative exigencies and in order to obtain optimum result, require interference by this court in its writ jurisdiction. The writ petition is entirely misconceived and it is dismissed. There would be no order as to costs. (M.S.KARNIK, J.) (S.C.DHARMADHIKARI, J.) J.V.Salunke,P.S.
